Design and develop blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps)
Develop and integrate zero-knowledge compression systems to enhance privacy and efficiency in blockchain transactions
Optimize transaction sequencing and state management to increase the throughput of blockchain networks
Research and develop strategies to mitigate Miner Extractable Value (MEV) and ensure fair and transparent transaction processing
Implement robust encryption mechanisms to safeguard data and ensure the integrity of transactions
Seamlessly integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems, ensuring interoperability and a smooth user experience
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and latency issues to optimize the performance of blockchain networks
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and implement upgrades to keep our applications cutting-edge and competitive
Document new solutions and educate peers and clients about complex blockchain concepts

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or other related field. Must have 24-month experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related field; Must have proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python. Knowledge of security best practices and encryption techniques in blockchain technology. Experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum or Solana. Knowledge and experience in implementing zero-knowledge proofs and compression systems. Experience in researching and developing strategies to mitigate Miner Extractable Value (MEV).
