Solayer is excited to announce the acquisition of Fuzzland! 🤝
Fuzzland created Ityfuzz, a smart contract hybrid fuzzer that powers many of today’s leading Web3 security companies. Their team has rescued over $40 million in on-chain hacks and built expansive server fleets to scan blockchain transactions in real time. We've found immense synergy between two engineering teams to merge to build towards exactly one thing:
SVM scaling, native to Solana.
We will largely focus on:
Solayer infiniSVM: hardware-accelerated SVM chain for Solana scaling
Optimizing Solana validators to increase throughput and maximize rewards for $sSOL holders
Dynamic analysis, formal verification, and real-time protection of SVM
Backstory
Our team has deep roots in security. Co-founder @lxjhk built systems that handle over $6 billion USD in on-chain transactions every week. He also holds a patent for achieving efficient, hardened derivation when running MPC algorithms (US Patent 18/352,914).
It turns out that security engineers make exceptional systems engineers, as they not only possess a deep understanding of systems but also identify attack vectors that original system designers might overlook. For a long time, both teams have shared a strong synergy, collaborating closely to ideate, architect, and bring Solayer InfiniSVM to life.
Today, we welcome @shoucccc, @liujeff, @tonykebot, and @publicqi—a team of highly respected and deeply skilled security and systems engineers—to join forces in making Solana and SVM the most scalable decentralized distributed system and delivering the world’s first 1MM TPS blockchain.
