SIP-1, our first governance proposal, addresses a foundational aspect of LAYER’s tokenomics, namely establishing a balanced inflation rate for our Proof-of-Stake validators.

• Annual Disinflation: Inflation decreases by 15% each year, creating a predictable, tapered curve.
