We are committed to bringing Solana to the masses. Today, we take the first step to decentralize Solayer 101 as a community-driven platform, putting forth $100,000 in total grants.

We’re excited to introduce Solayer 101: Bounties—a program designed to incentivize members of the Solayer ecosystem, including researchers and developers, to share their expertise and get rewarded. Participants will receive rewards in both fiat and public recognition, offering a great opportunity to enhance your personal brand.

Our first Solayer 101 Bounty will focus on the Solayer Restaking Standard. We're seeking an article that blends both qualitative and technical insights, and we encourage the use of diagrams, infographics, and videos to make the content more engaging and accessible for readers.

1. Submission Guidelines

• Objective: pick one of the proposed topics or come up with an original one. 

• Submission Method: submit a link to your article here

• Timeline: Expect feedback/approval within 4-5 business days.

  
  

2. Article Structure

Each article should follow a clear and logical structure, ensuring technical accuracy and accessibility (here is an example):

• Title: A compelling, clear, and SEO-friendly headline that indicates the article's topic or key takeaway.

• Introduction (100-200 words):

  • Explain what the article will cover and why it's relevant to the Solayer ecosystem.

  • Briefly state the reader’s key takeaway or what they will learn.

• Key Sections (5-6 sections, 300-500 words each):

  • Section 1: Context/Overview: Set the stage for the topic, explaining the role of Solayer.

  • Section 2: Technical Breakdown: Dive deeper into the topic, providing technical explanations or definitions.

  • Section 3: Step-by-Step Guide/Tutorial (if applicable): Provide actionable steps, walkthroughs, or architecture breakdowns.

  • Section 4: Challenges & Solutions: Discuss any issues related to the topic and how they’re being solved or improved.

  • Section 5: Conclusion: Summarize the main points and add a call to action (e.g., next steps for users, links to further reading).

3. Enhancements (Optional, Highly Encouraged)

Adding visual or interactive elements increases engagement and accessibility. Include at least one of the following:

• Infographics: To simplify complex information (submitted as high-res images).

• Diagrams/Charts: Architectural breakdowns, flowcharts, or data visuals.

• Embedded Videos: Tutorials, interviews, or explainers (can be hosted on platforms like YouTube).

• Code Snippets: For technical articles, provide sample code for easy replication (in markdown or separate files).

4. Submission Format

• Document Type: Articles should be submitted in a Google Docs format.

• Word Count: Target range is between 1,000 - 3,000 words, depending on the complexity of the topic.

• References: Include links to any cited sources or additional reading (as footnotes or inline links).

5. Bounty Reward

• Additional bonuses may apply for including multimedia or complex technical tutorials.

• Rewards will be processed within 14 days of article publication.
