Today we’re opening Devnet to the public — the first step toward launching InfiniSVM, our infinitely scalable, hardware-accelerated blockchain.
InfiniSVM brings SVM compatibility to a custom-built, hardware-accelerated architecture capable of over 1 million transactions per second. With sub-second finality and ultra-low latency, it’s the fastest general-purpose execution layer for on-chain finance, designed from first principles to meet the demands of global-scale applications.
Devnet is our early, public playground. It’s where developers can explore, build, and test what we’ve built so far. It’s where users can get a feel for what a hardware-accelerated blockchain can do — and where we collectively begin pressure-testing the foundation for a new financial internet.
An Early Sandbox for Builders
Devnet is the earliest version of the network we’re releasing for public exploration. For developers, it’s a chance to deploy applications using familiar Solana tooling. RPC and API endpoints are available at devnet-rpc.solayer.org, while a LAYER token faucet, explorer, and DEX are also live.
For users, it’s a space to experiment with devnet-only applications, including token swaps via our native DEX interface.
We encourage builders to use Devnet aggressively. Deploy contracts, simulate production loads, find edge cases, report bugs. Everything here is early, but live and fully operational. We’ll be improving performance, refining the network, and resetting chain state as needed throughout the Devnet phase.

A Glimpse Into the Future
Already in Devnet benchmarking environments, InfiniSVM is sustaining over 250,000 TPS, with a target ceiling of 1M+ TPS as we eliminate bottlenecks. The network is built with horizontal scalability in mind. That means:
Hardware offloading across dedicated compute and storage clusters
Parallel execution of transactions with speculative pre-processing
Sub-second time-to-finality
No matter what you’re building, InfiniSVM is designed to meet the demands of real-time, global-scale applications.
For Builders Already on Solana
InfiniSVM is fully compatible with the Solana Virtual Machine — giving developers already building in the SVM ecosystem a faster, more scalable network without the need to rearchitect their applications.
Deploy existing Solana programs with minimal or no code changes
Use familiar tooling: Solana CLI, Web3.js, Anchor, and more
Maintain your development workflows while unlocking radically improved throughput and latency
Everything you need to get started is available at docs.solayer.org, including a faucet, RPC endpoints, and block explorer.
Whiteglove Support & Weekly Office Hours
To support the growing InfiniSVM developer ecosystem, the Solayer engineering team will be hosting regular office hours on Discord — answering technical questions, reviewing integrations, and helping teams get the most out of the network.
You can join our builders telegram to interact with the Solayer engineering team and have any questions answered.
Whether you’re debugging a contract, benchmarking throughput, or exploring architecture decisions, our engineers are here to help you discover what InfiniSVM can unlock for your application.
A global execution layer for the open internet
Until now, throughput ceilings, high latency, and fragmented execution environments have limited what could be built on blockchains.
InfiniSVM changes that by introducing a new execution layer, built from the ground up with SVM compatibility and native hardware acceleration, designed to bootstrap the next generation of financial infrastructure.
Devnet is where it all begins.
